I teach Myanmar business owners to use AI and earn from it.
In 2006 he walked out of a medical lecture hall. Nineteen years later he was teaching a country how to earn.

Ko Nay is a Myanmar entrepreneur coach and AI educator. He left medical school in 2006, spent nine years in Singapore semiconductor and gas engineering, ran project delivery across Myanmar and a resort development in the Maldives, built sales teams in Dubai, and holds an MBA from Strasbourg. In June 2025 he began teaching all of it — in Burmese.
Ko Nay's career began the day he decided not to become a doctor. What followed was nineteen years of building. Nine of them in Singapore — a Nanyang Polytechnic diploma, an engineering degree, then the etching line at Global Foundries and the control room at City Gas Singapore. Back in Myanmar he moved into project management, leading more than sixteen local projects in investment, land and real estate, and acting as authorised contact manager on the Maldives hotel and resort development with Singha Estate of Thailand, from planning through design and construction with ACCOR. Then a real-estate operation in Dubai where he conducted a thousand interviews and hired and trained three hundred agents — his first real lesson in building people rather than projects. An MBA in Strasbourg, France let the theory catch up with the practice.
In June 2025 he opened a YouTube channel and monetised it within a month. Fourteen months later it had 178,000 subscribers and 6.5 million views, and Ko Nay had become the first Myanmar entrepreneur coach to put AI tools directly inside business training. Today he runs a paid community, a flagship programme, and a small team — and still answers questions himself.
Every lesson, every prompt, every worksheet is in the language the audience actually thinks in. That is the whole reason the channel grew.
Sessions are built around the businesses in the room — real numbers, real problems. People leave with something running, not with notes.
If it is not already inside my own workflow, I do not teach it and I do not partner with it. The list of partners on this page is the list of tools on my own machine.
Every figure below was built in about fourteen months, in one language, from a standing start.
Six chapters. None of them were the plan.
A feature and six episodes from the channel. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play.
Sessions are practical, in Burmese or English, and built around the audience's own businesses — not slides about the future.
